TERMS OF USE

MINIMUM NIGHTS' REQUIREMENT
The minimum nights' requirement for reservation is seven nights. In case of less nights reservations, if accepted by the menager, the rate will be increased to recover costs of cleaning and linen change.

Water and electricity for domestic consumption are included in the offered prices.

BOOKING
A deposit of 30 % of the booking full price is required to confirm the services booked. The payment can be processed by bank transfer or money order. Is necessary to send a fax or an e-mail with the receipt of the payment to confirm the reservation, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking. The balance must be payed in cash at your arrival date.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in time starts at 16:00 hrs and we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 09:00 hrs on departure day. Different times can be arranged by request.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The linen is done on guests' arrival.
The owner reserves the right to access the apartment for cleaning or routine maintenance. Smoking is not permitted in every apartments' rooms. (Law 3/2003).

ACCESS AND USE OF PREMISES
Use of premises is allowed in respect of other guests and house rules.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION
60 days before the date of arrival, no penalties will be applied on your cancellation request and full advance will be refunded except service fees. After this date, full deposit will be retained.

PETS
Pets are allowed if requested and accepted by the apartments' menager at the time of reservation. In that case, an extra rate for the additional cleaning will be charged to the balance.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
If the client, or his guests, damage the apartment or its contents, will be considered liable for the damage and to the compensation. Accomodation is permitted only for the amount of people required at booking time. The owner reserves the right to refuse any accomodation if the grant conditions are not respected.

MENAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Whenever, beyond the will of the operator, the  booked accommodation was not fit for use, the menager reserves the right to assign another lodging with the same characters as the choosen one.

From May 1 to June 1
from € 20,00 per person.

From June 1 to July 1
from € 20,00 per person.

From July 1 to July 15
€ 23,00 per person.

From July 15 to July 29
€ 24,00 per person.

From July 29 to August 5
€ 27,00 per person.

From August 5 to August 19

From August 19 to September 2

From September 2 to September 30
​​​​​​​€ 25,00 per person.

October and November
€ 23,00 per person.
